It includes  EML source, Toshiba model: TOLD387S-EADCE3, (see 2nd pdf link below). We do not know exact wavelength. It also includes 10Gb 10Gb APD receiver: FRM5N143DS  (see last pdf link below), as shown at last photo . With two SC/PC connectors.  Made by Cenix (now part of Cyoptics) .  Price is for whole transponder module.

You can remove EML module or APD receiver for your project. We may remove them for you (adding about $40 service and packing fee), but we are unable to test it.
