Beware: PD bias pin (Vbias, Pin 1) must be at positive voltage (typical 2.8V). It is selling at about US$4400 by other popular distributors (AVNET, ARROW,...).

    CONDITION:
    used in original product pack, soldered before, but still in very good cosmetic condition and electrical leads are clean. With manufacture test sheet (see actual test data at 1st pdf link above. last 3 pdf links above are from other samples). This sample has been verified good response and good A/V result at 20MHz (We did not spend time to make complex test at higher frequency).
