This transponder module includes following three optical components:
1. Dual-drive 10Gb modulator(Sumitomo P/N:T.DKH1.5-10PD-ADC). See modulator specification at 2nd pdf link(year 2012 version) and 3rd pdf link(year 2003 version) below. The transponder was made in 2006, so we guess 3rd pdf link would more fit to this modulator. Fibers are in 900um buffer, input PMF fiber is without connector in red color, 0.41 meter long. Output SMF fiber is with MU connector(without boot) in blue color, one meter long. You can buy it separately at Store Product Code: OSC-MOD-10Gb-020C, where we will remove laser and receiver from transponder module and sell rest with PCB to you, see a sample of what we will sell as modulator at 15th and 16th photos. Photos 15-19 are for modulators. Two RF ports are in GPO male connectors, you can use GPO(SMP)-female to SMA-female adapter (Store product code: EIP-RFADAPTERS-017D) to convert to SMA interface. The modulator comes with two GPO female-female jumpers, which can be pulled off from modulator and PCB by hand. The two DC pins PDK and PDA are not connected to anywhere in transponder module. Two monitor pins are wired to PCB by soldering.
2. 20mW PMF CW laser (NEC P/N: NX8570SCxxxQ). Fiber is in 900um black buffer without connector, about 0.60 meter long. See this 20mW PMF CW laser at 5th pdf link below. You can buy it separately at at Store Product Code: OSC-LDPM-C-611C. We will desolder and remove it from PCB. See a sample at 14th photo (not removed yet).
3. Up-to-12.5Gb APD receiver (Eudyna P/N: FRM5N141GW). See this APD receiver at 4th pdf link below. Fiber is in 900um yellow buffer with MU connector(without boot), one meter long. You can buy it separately at Store Product Code: ODC-Rx-10Gb-030P. We will remove it from PCB. See a removed sample at last two photos, the electrical pins still look good.
We can remove these components from the transponder module by desoldering machine, and sell separately.
