Model no: PFI-22AS11100. 250um-coating SMF-28 fiber pigtail without connector. Fiber pigtail length>18cm. Wth actual test sheet. In 32 samples, actual isolation is between 52dB and 67dB at 1550nm; actual insertion loss is between 0.18dB and 0.36dB at 1550nm at room temperature. Made in 2006 mostly.
