10Gb pin-preamp receiver, Nortel model: PP-10G. Removed from systems

10Gb/s PIN Preamp Receiver. With SC/PC fiber connector. SMA RF connector. Maker: Nortel (Bookham bought Nortel laser department). Typical bandwidth is 11GHz. DC-coupled output (There is about 3V DC offset at output), you need add DC block if you check its output on some digitizing oscilloscopes.

CONDITION:

Removed from systems, very good cosmetic condition. With solder on electrical pin. 50% of them come with PP-10G label, see 1st photo below. The other 50% of samples are missing product label, see the 4th photo below. Two samples are tested well at local university lab, see S21 response curves at last two photos below, measured by vector network analyzer. All samples are verified working and show reasonable output at up to 1.3GHz (we are unable to test at higher frequency) at our lab.
