    cosmetic condition looks ok. RF port of bias tee modules are shorted inside, so you can only use it as RF block. Inductance at DC port is tested OK. Tested inductance at DC port is 8.7 mH or 6.4 mH, as shown at last photo below. 'Sell As Is', 'No Return'
