1311nm DFB Lucent M-257PR laser. Kink-free power is a little higher than 15dBm

With E2000/APC fiber connector. The tested wavelength is about 1310nm at 70mA (see 3rd photo), 1312nm at higher current by OSA. Single-laser-mode spectrum in OSA, so it is DFB laser. Kink-free power is a lilttle higher than 15dBm at 260mA. See tested spectrum in the last photo below (after 10dB attenuator, RES BW =0.1nm). The peak wavelength is 1312.007nm at 260mA tested by wavemeter. The output power value is approximately limited by 2 fiber connectors loss, about 0.04dB splice loss, and OSA accuracy. . We have figure out the Laser pin-out is type 3 rather than popular type 2. See type-3 pinout in the pdf link below.
