Product name: LIM100AE5E. Product code: A11-0016-401. With EA modulator. Average modulated output > 0dBm. 7-pin butterfly 9.2mm package / no locker. 1.5m SM fiber with SC/UPC connector. SMF is verified under fiber scope. Cyoptics bought T-Networks before. 

With GPO/SMP male interface. You can use GPO(SMP)-female to SMA-female adapter (Store part #: EIP-RFADAPTERS-017D) to convert to SMA interface. SMA can work up to 18GHz. 

Actual wavelengths would be from 1530.x nm to 1535.x nm at 70 C environment temperature, based on other samples of same-model transponder system test data. 

To be removed from unused system, see transponder system test data at last 2 pdf links below. See removed EML at 1st two photos below. The 3rd and 4th photos show whole transponder system. This sale is only for A11-0016-401 EML module. The test data in last two photos are from different sample.

    CONDITION:

    To be removed from unused system(the system does not come with manufacture test data, last two pdf links above are from different samples). There is no test data for EML. The EML test data in last two photos are from different samples. Sample is tested working at 10MHz modulation (we do not have time to make higher frequency test). We tested 2-sample working well, our test data on lasing: 1531.606nm, 2.5dBm output at 26.9mA laser current, 1.89V laser forward voltage, at 25 C laser temperature. 1530.667nm, 2.1dBm output at 22.8mA laser current, 1.85V laser forward voltage, at 25 C laser temperature.
