Circuit board containing a Fujitsu FLD5F6CX-H38 DFB Laser.  1546.92nm. PMF (PMF verified by fiber scoped).  10mW CW Light Source for DWDM System. Built-in TEC, Thermistor, Monitor PIN PD and Optical Isolator. Upon request, we will test lasing in our lab before shipping (after removing laser from circuit board). Datasheet is printed for you.

We do not know how to use the board. Only sell for laser.

With FC connector. It has angled end face but not standard APC. It will get near 3dB loss if connecting with FC/PC jumper, and >10dB loss if connecting with FC/APC jumper. So user may change to a standard connector by fusion splice by himself. (We guess the connector is only for evaluation test, after test, user normally cut the connector and fusion-splice with modulator input fiber.)
