10dBm peak, 7dBm average. With 2.5mm ferrule (not full connector, but you may use it as universal 2.5mm connector at lab test) except that 2 samples in last photo are without 2.5mm ferrule. Model: CQ915/28 xx is equivalent to CFQ915-208/19xxx. Data sheet should be same as the 1st pdf link below which is for almost-same model CQF915/208. The only difference between these two models: CQF915/208 is made in USA, CQF915/28 xx is made in Netherland. For example, CQ915/28 01 is equivalent to CQF915/208-19590, 1530.33nm CQ915/28 02 is equivalent to CQF915/208-19580, 1531.12nm CQF915/2 826 is equivalent to CQF915/208-19340, 1550.12nm. CQ915/28 39 is equivalent to CQF915/208-19210, 1560.61nm. 

Direct modulation. For 100km WDM/DWDM transmission. WDM/DWDM lasers with wavelengths over 1530-1560nm C-band available at 100GHz-spacing. You may change temperature to tune the wavelength to fit ITU grid.
