This transponder module includes following optical parts :
•   One Finisar 20mW laser. Model F7500, P/N: 1118233. We cannot find exact laser specification.  The htm link below shows F7500 is tunable laser. The 1st two pdf links below are for very similar model S7500. Both F7500 and S7500 have 14 pins at one side, and shorter 7 pins at the top side (shorter 7 pins are not soldered on PCB), it seems  the pinout of these two models are same.
•   One 10Gb intensity modulator module with SC/PC fiber connector at output end.  “063–10SSSNSSTL”, “ 9061  10063-003”,  and “Intensity Modulator with Integrated Photodetector” are marked on modulator body.  With a GPO/SMP RF connector.  There are four pins marked with “C”, “A”, “B”, “G”.  The P/N is same as Mach-10™ 063 (0.7 Fixed-Chirp Intensity Modulator with integrated Photodetector) at page 12-13 of the 3rd  pdf link below, so Covega  P/N is 063–10SSSNSSTL, which means:  Bandwidth: 10GHz, Output fiber type: SMF, Input/Output Connector: SC/PC, Bias Operating Point: Neg. Slope, Pin Leads: Straight.
•   10Gb optical receiver module with SC/PC fiber connector.
