CW source for external modulator. PMF FC/PC@slow axis. Typical linewidth: 1MHz. The manufacture testsheet only tested at 12.5mW and 16mW, but it should be able to work at 20mW at <167mA according to general datasheet in the pdf link below for NX8562L series laser

Pinout: Type-1 or Type-3 (type-3 and type-1 is same if laser is used only for general CW light). We tested sample by laser controller with type-1 pinout setup. Pin-out is different from pdf link below.

    CONDITION:

    new in original product case, with manufacture test sheet. Two samples are tested working and get 20mW at <167mA, and very stable at our lab, see our test resulf of one sample at last photo . In this test, we use another laser controller with type-1 pinout setup.
