Lasing wavelength in specification: min: 1547nm, typical: 1555nm, max: 1560nm. 63mW operating output power.JDS model: CQF938/605 is short-leads version (While standard CQF938/600 is long leads vesion), see 3rd photo below, but it can still fit E-tek 14-pin butterfly laser mount (14 leads are too short to fit Newport 744 laser mount). See pdf datasheet link below for more info.900um-buffered fiber near laser body. 400um-coating PMF near fiber ferrule(400um-coating is sample verified in our lab), terminated with 2.5mm PMF ferrule.
