Both internal end and external end connectors of fiber spool are accessible, so you can use it for optical transmission test. With FC/PC fiber connector in 3mm cable at both ends. See year 2002 datasheet in 1st pdf link and year 2000 datasheet in 2nd pdf link below.

    CONDITION:
    Good cosmetic condition. Fiber roll is covered by bubble wrap. Test data and SMF-28(TM) label of Corning is covered under FIS label, you see it if you carefully check 4th photo below. Fiber loss is verified very well and matches the product label well (4.09 dB). Tested fiber length is 20.235km by OTDR at our lab. See our loss and length test result at the label of 2nd photo below.
