The spool is with FC/PC fiber connectors in 3mm cable at both fiber ends(one connector was added by us with fusion-splice, with SMF-28 cable). You can use it for optical transmission test. See year 2002 datasheet in pdf link below.

    CONDITION:
    Looks ok cosmetic condition. There are several cracks on plastic cover, some are shown at the 2nd photo below. The cover and handle may be still usable. With original full fiber length. Fiber length is verified by OTDR approximately at our lab. Spool loss is tested good at our lab, approximately matching manufacture test data, see last photo below.
