It is inside unused 9.953Gb -11.096Gb transponder subsystem (see 2nd photo below), see specification of this transponder at last pdf link below, which is tunable over 8 ITU-T 50GHz-grid channels (2.8nm). This sale will not include APD receiver and modulator modules. 

900um buffered PM fiber without fiber connector. 

Wavelength and P/N: 1558.2 – 1561.0nm, FLD5F15CA011W9240; 1559.0 – 1561.8nm, FLD5F15CA011W9230; 1559.8 – 1562.6nm, FLD5F15CA011W9220.
