Both internal end and external end of fiber spool look accessible, you can use it for optical transmission test. We can add fiber connectors by fusion-splice and test spool length and loss at extra $60, see fiber connector options at  Add fiber connector to optical fiber module by fusion-Splice .

    CONDITION:

    Very good cosmetic condition. With partial wrap over fiber roll(see last photo). With hard plastic cover (there are cracks, see 2nd photo ) and handle. We very believe that the original fiber connectors are missing and the fiber length is still at original length, and both fiber ends of fiber spool are accessible.
