Truewave Reduced Slope (TWRS) fiber. Fiber is cut and not accessible at spool internal end (see last photo below), so you cannot use it for transmission test.     CONDITION:
    We believe the fiber is unused at the external end since the fiber coil is covered by original plastic film, but the spool internal end is not accessible. Length is tested as 20.058km by OTDR approximately at our lab, matching original length, and attenuation trace looks good in OTDR test, effective refractive index 1.470 at 1.55um for truewave fiber is applied in OTDR test.
