CONDITION:

looks new in original product case including the paper box, it looks desoldered. We believe the laser was soldered on test board before, and then was desoldered and put back into the original case later. 14-pin leads are clean, and looks new, and long enough to fit on Newport 14-pin laser mount. With actual test sheet. Fiber is quite long(>1-meter, probably 2-meter).Two samples were tested well at our lab and meet test sheets well. The 14-pin leads of tested sample was straightened as shown in the last two photos. We will fusion-splice a FC/UPC connector and verify the working condition before shipping.
