Some of yellow labels show this WDM can combine 972nm and 988nm pump lasers. P/N for most of samples is WD0909-PIT6AB5 (black main body is cylinder shape), or WD0909-LWCIS098 (black main body is square shape). The pdf link below shows an example of similar-model WDM which combines two different wavelengths. 

With 250um-coating bare fiber pigtails, no connectors.
