(965-995)nm / (1520-1580)nm wideband WDM coupler (is also called pump-signal combiner). It seems offer higher isolation than other models, though loss may be a little higher than other models. Must-have component for 980nm-laser-based EDFA/EDWA 1.55um optical fiber amplifier.

With 250um fiber pigtails, no connectors. CS980 fiber at pump port. See the 1st pdf link below for general datasheet.
