With three ST fiber connectors. Sorry, we cannot find pdf datasheet, no pinout info, and we do not know how to use it. So it is sold as parts. You can return if you are not satisfied, but shipping fee is not refundable. See laser datatsheet at the pdf link below. We openned module to check laser model, see photos as below. It includes two 974nm pump lasers, one is 145mW kink-free power: SDLO-26-7402-145-HJ, another is 105mW kink-free power: SDLO-26-7402-105-HH. See last two photos below. If you need we remove two lasers and verify the working condition, we will charge extra $90 handling and packing fee.
