It is used as inline amplifier, based on part number "LINE". It includes erbium-doped fiber, JDS isolators , WDM couplers, JDS VCB-Z electrical-controlled optical attenuator module, two photodiodes, tap couplers, three passive gain-flat filter devices. Two external pump lasers are required. Sorry we do not know the pinout, so you may have to use this module as parts. Made for Tellabs. We did not open the sealed module case. The test sheet in the 3rd photo and last four photos below are from similar model: OA1530-32-IN, for reference.
