    CONDITION:

    Good cosmetic condition. Tested power data is only about 0.02dB higher than our HP 81525A optical head (which is our standard optical power test instrument), at -3dBm and -23dBm, at 1550nm. GPIB works, GPIB query (POW?, WAVE?) and GPIB write (WAVE 1550) are working.
