1×2 tap couplers in small enclosure. There is one SC/APC female adapter interface at common port (very easy to pull out adapter and clean internal connector), and two SC/APC male connector interfaces (at the end of 3mm-cable fiber pigtails, there are no internal connectors) at two splitting ports. See 1st and last pdf link below for specification and user manual. The 2nd pdf link is for new model only (page 7, 38, and 39). 

Some samples come with manufacture test data, see 2nd and 3rd photos. Only one sample comes with instruction manual in hard copy, as shown in last two photos.

    CONDITION:

    A little used but still in good cosmetic condition. We have verified all the samples that red light can pass from any one of SC/APC connectors (splitting port) to SC/APC adapter (common port). Since optical splitter is simple passive component, so we very believe that they are still in good working condition. Connector endface of samples look good after cleaning under fiber connector scope (we have no time to clean all the connectros). Some samples come with manufacture test data, see 2nd and 3rd photos.
