This kit was assembled by Molecular Optoelectronics Corporation It includes one PLD laser driver module with fan-integrated heatsink(see specification at 2nd pdf link below), one PID-1500 1.5A temperature controller(see specification at 1st pdf link below), and one power supply unit(Artesyn P/N: NLP40-7608, 100-240VAC and 1.4-0.7A input; +5V 4A, +12V 2A, -12V 0.2A DC outputs, see specification at last pdf link below). 

There is no exact model number on PLD module. Dimension of PLD module is 38.6 mm x 67.3 mm x 46.3 mm, according to 2nd pdf link specification, so it is either PLD1250, or PLD5000, or PLD6500. So max laser driver current is at least 1.25A. Since temperature controller PID-1500 is only max 1.5A, so we very believer PLD model is PLD1250. 

Therer are two wires from PLD module (see last photo), soldered on PCB marked "DIPSW" (see 2nd photo). We do not know its function.
