With two LC/PC fiber connectors at the output (one connector should be for power monitor), one LC/PC connector at the input. It can be used as pre-amp, line, and booster amplifier. Temperature control is not required. See general datasheet and pinout info at the 1st pdf link below. See 3rd pdf link below for our lab test result of gain and noise figure and output power at 288mA laser drive current. See last pdf link below for our lab test result of gain and noise figure and output power at 200mA laser drive current. 288mA laser drive current shows higher gain and higher max output power than 200mA, though noise figure is a little higher at saturated large input signal. So 288mA has better overall performance than 200mA.
