Dispersion compensation for 90km standard SM fiber. The dispersion compensation ratio is 100% with slope compensation, according to the datasheet in the 1st pdf link below. Dispersion at 1550nm: -1530 ps/nm. With 1.7mm cables at two fiber ends. From the manufacture test data of sample-3 pdf link below,we derived the fiber length is 1548/109.5=14.137km. We measured this DCM sample approximately, fiber length is 14.213km (assuming effective refractive index is 1.471), and 0.407dB/km at 1550nm.
