It includes integrated module of dual-drive MZ modulator and DFB laser: LCM155EW (see 3rd and 4th pdf links below). There are two SMA RF connectors on InP Mach-Zehnder Modulator. >1dBm output. 10Gb APD receiver: FRM5N143DS (see last pdf link below). With two SC/PC connectors. Made by Cenix (now part of Cyoptics) . Price is for whole transponder module.
