1.DESCRIPTION
OL5158M is a 1550-nm DFB laser diode monolithically integrated with an electro-absorption (EA) modulator for 40 Gb/s operation in a 7-pin package with a Mini-SMP connector and a DC-bias circuit. 

2. FEATURES
• High modulation bandwidth: > 32 GHz (- 3 dB electrical)
• Large dynamic extinction ratio @ 40 Gb/s: 10 dB (Min.)
• Fiber output power: > 5 dBm (CW) 

3. APPLICATION
• 40 Gb/s very short reach (2 km) data communication

    CONDITION:

    new in original case with individual manufacture test data. See sample manufacture test data at last pdf link below. Sample was tested good at our lab, showed reasonable output amplitude and transimpedance gain (This test was only over 1-460MHz, we do not have time to complex test at higher frequency), also laser was verified lasing well and met manufacture test data.
