See specification at 1st pdf link below. Integrated PD (photodiode) for bias and power control. +/-0.7 chirp parameter (We believe Z5 in model number means Z-cut). GPO RF connector. It comes with PCB which will be removed from unused JDS 10Gb transponder subsystem (Note: 10Gb receiver module will cut and will sold in separate store part #: ODC-Rx-10Gb-008D). 900um-buffered fibers without fiber connector. Two fibers are long enough(update: for rest 1 sample, output fiber is only 21cm log, fiber is verified passing red light). 

With one GPO connector on modulator RF port. You can use GPO(SMP)-female to SMA-female adapter (Store part #: EIP-RFADAPTERS-017D) to convert to SMA interface. SMA can work up to 18GHz. There is one GPO-femal to GPO-female RF jumper, connected to modulator RF port.
