CONDITION:

"mechanical sample" is marked on the product box(see 1st photo below), so it is "Sell As Is". You can try and return if you are not satisfied, but two-way shipping fee is not refundable. New in original product pack. Without actual test sheet (The last three photos below are from different samples). We fusion-splice FC/UPC SMF connector at the output fiber, and verified red light can pass a sample modulator from input fiber to the output fiber, by fiber fault locator.
