Pinout is not standard type-2. Only difference is: The laser anode and laser cathode are at different pins from standard type-2. TEC, thermistor, and power monitor pinout are same as standard type-2. 

Lot no: 0106Q, 0108Q, or 0104Q, which means products were made in Feb. or Jan. 2001. 

DESCRIPTION
The NX8570SA is a 1 550 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) structured Distributed Feed-Back (DFB) laser diode module with wavelength monitor function. This device is designed as CW light source and ideal for transmission systems in which external modulators are used.

    CONDITION:

    new in original product pack, with manufacture test data, see last 5 pdf links above. With Newport laser controller, we have tested 8 samples at our lab, all meet specification 20mW (at <167mA) and wavelength specification well, our tested output power and wavelength data (see last 7 photos) are very close to manufacture test data, and actual wavelength can be adjusted to set wavelength within 20 C and 35 C temperature.
