1550.12nm DWDM 14-pin DFB laser module, Pop=10mW. JDS model: CQF975/202-19340. New in original pack without test sheet.With PM fiber (for all CQF975 series products). Terminated with 1.25mm ferrule, there is 400um-coating fiber near the ferule. Warning: Unlike other CQF series laser, pin-leads of these CQF975/202 lasers are bent (make easier to mount and solder on PCB), see photo as reference. It could be made straight by hand-tool if need. Leads are shorter than regular 14-pin butterfly straight leads, pin length would be about 3mm measured from farthest edge of spare metal body. It is not used laser. It is new laser, customized for some type of PCB.This wavelength is at the center of C-band, so it is mostly useful to simulate C-band source.See pdf link for similar model CQF975/508 in the pdf link below.
