We cannot find exact specification for this NX8562LC model. Regular NX8562(LB or LF) model offers min 20mW output power at 167mA and operating current cannot be over 167mA, but the manufacture test data of NX8562LC show tested output power wavelength data at 250mA. The manufacture test data of output power of 8 samples in last 5 pdf links and last 3 photos are from 48mW to 58.5mW at 25 C laser temperature. For the 5 samples of 5 pdf links below, our tested output power at the 5th-9th photos below is a few mW lower than manufacture test data, this difference is mostly within our test accuracy. So we believe NX8562LC model is special model which would allow you to use it at higher power, you may use it at over 40mW for research, but we cannot guarantee it can still work well for very long time.

Our tested wavelengths on 5 samples (last 5 pdf links below) are between 1545.1nm and 1545.5nm at 250mA laser current and between 1544.3nm and 1544.7nm at 20mW output power, see our test results at the 5th-9th photos.

Pinout: Type-1 or Type-3 (type-3 and type-1 is same if laser is used only for general CW light). We tested sample by laser controller with type-1 pinout setup. Pin-out is different from pdf link below.
