Model: WBDK:2040. With SC/PC connectors. We believe the dispersion compensation ratio is 100%, according the the datasheet in the pdf link below. Made in Dec. 2000.

We tested two samples, loss is 11.6dB, 12.6dB at 1.55um, including one SC/PC connector loss.

Net weight without protection package: 2.27 kg. Gross weight with protection package: 2.5kg.

Fiber length is tested as 23.824km by OTDR approximately at our lab, assuming effective refractive index is same as LEAF fiber (1.4690 at 1.55um).
